Enabling Eye-Fi Direct mode provides you with the freedom to send photos and videos directly to your computer. By enabling Eye-Fi Direct Mode, your SanDisk Eye-Fi card will broadcast a pre-defined wireless network that your computer can use to receive photos and videos from the card. In order to make use of Eye-Fi Direct Mode on your computer, you need to be sure you have the following before you begin. - Eye-Fi Center version 3.3.0 or higher. - Eye-Fi Card with firmware version 4.5021 or higher. - A computer with the ability to connect to a WiFi network wirelessly. - Computer with an internet connection. STEP 1 -Enable Direct Mode on your SanDisk Eye-Fi card 1. Update Eye-Fi Center 2. Update your Eye-Fi Card Firmware 3. Set your card to upload photos to your computer 4. Launch Eye-Fi Center if not already running and insert your Eye-Fi card. 5. Select your card from the Device list and click the Settings gear icon. 6. From the Network Tab, select the Direct Mode sub-tab. 7. Check the Enable Direct Mode check box. 8. Choose different settings for the Wait sliders if desired. 9.
